CATERING
The family has been in the hospitality industry going on 30 years. With four of us working together to make this business happen, collectively we have a vast knowledge in the catering and hospitality industry. We like to call our style "Country with a twist".
Our menus are that of down home cooking, full of flavour, and always made with the freshest ingredients possible. We pride ourselves on using local products whenever it's available. We do our very best to honour the wishes of clients and their guests and are able to tailor the menus to meet the different needs where possible.

Style of menus
We have three different styles of menus:
- Family style dining: like at home, several dishes are brought to your table and guests help themselves
- Buffet style: guests line up and fill their plates as they walk by a variety of dishes
- Sit-down: guests are served several individual courses
**You may convert any of our menus to one of these styles. Extra charges may occur.
Table covering, flatware, dinnerware, salt and pepper shakers, and cream and sugar packets are included with each of our menus (for contracted Meal Service only)
"The Sampler" - Have a meal on us!
200.00 dinner for four people, and 50.00 for each additional guest
Over the many years we have found that people are reluctant to hire a caterer based on references alone. They want to know that the person entrusted with possibly the most important day of their lives can indeed cook. This is why we created this very unique menu, in which you can get a sampling of the dishes we create. It may vary from client to client and is not meant to "be" the client's chosen menu. However, it will demonstrate that our food is full of flavour and that we do indeed know how to work a kitchen.
We actually come to your home and prepare this meal for four. If you choose you may invite more people for an additional cost. At the end, if you book with us and complete your function, this total will be deducted from your final cost. This is not considered part of your deposit. The beauty of this is when you book and complete your function with us as your caterer, you will have had a wonderful catered meal on us at your home.
